The problem of the difficulty and high expense of to receiving medical treatment has stand out at present because of the income discrepancy between different people. Some poor population has not covered by medical insurance. It is difficult to afford the self-paid part even for people covered by medical insurance. Moreover, people living under the poverty-line can not afford the medical treatment at all, which deprives them of the basic medical security.

With a view to solve this problem, we plan to establish SACF Charity Hospital in cooperation with local government.

SACF Charity Hospital is established for:
1、 Providing vulnerable population entitled to SACF medical charity card with a place of receiving basic medical security
2、 Providing vulnerable population with a service center of basic medial and health care
3、 carrying out free physicians' rounds and offering free medical treatment and medicine to local people of remote areas, making it more convenient for people with SACF medical charity card to receive medical treatment

SACF Charity Hospital aims to provide vulnerable population with basic medical security.

The mission of SACF Charity Hospital is: to create a good environment of health care for vulnerable population, to offer preferable medical service, to help each of vulnerable population face all kinds of challenges with a healthy body to create new wealth for our society.
