1. Comprehensive Coordination Office
Composing of well-known experts and specialists from various medical fields as volunteers taking part in charitable activities and
providing medical aids to underprivileged population
2. SACF Charity Art Troupe
Consisting of public-spirited volunteers from artistic circle, offering artistic services for all kinds of charitable medical activities
3. Advisory Body on Laws
Consisting of public-spirited volunteers from law circle, offering legal assistance and aid to the foundation
4. Advisory Body on Finance
Consisting of public-spirited volunteers from financial circle, offering consultation in financing, investment, management of economies
Standing Body of Secretariat:
1. Administrative Office
-Responsible for wages, welfares of personnel.
-Responsible for the logistic safety and security.
-To draft, deliver comprehensive files and keep records of them for further references.
-To handle visits, telephone system, letter receiving, sending and filing.
-Responsible for the coordination among different departments.
2. Fund-raising Department
-To plan and organize all kinds of charitable fund-raising activities.
-To establish, maintain and manage a good relationship with partners and prospects.
-To coordinate with work related to charitable fund-raising activities.
3. Public Relations﹠Communications Department
-To keep in touch with related departments and partners for routine work.
-To be responsible for external affairs.
-To communicate with Media for news propaganda, press-releasing of SACF, etc.
-To maintain the website of SACF.
-To collect all publicity material and news for further references.
-To coordinate and give admin support to other departments to plan, organize related activities and programs, but not limited to provide
the propaganda and photography.
4. Program Development Department
-To plan, conduct and manage charitable programs and make related investigation and analysis.
-To make and prepare the introduction and explanation of related programs both in written materials and in video forms.
5. Social Workers Department
-To be in charge of social workers of SACF.
-To make out the annual and long-term working plans of social work, to work out the development and training plans for social workers
and volunteers in accordance with the working principles and plans of the Secretariat.
-To take the effect of the working plans approved by the SACF Board of Trustees.
-To plan and organize all kinds of social work and voluntary activities.
-To set up a group consists of various people including artists, lawyers, officials, religious figures, doctors and nurses, psychological
workers,entrepreneurs, civilians as well as students, in order to help needy people adapt themselves better to the society.
6. Medical Services Department
-Responsible for the implementation and management of programs of charity hospitals.
-Responsible for providing guidance, supervisions and analyses to related work in charity hospitals in the support of SACF.
-Responsible for the coordination of work related to charity hospitals.
7. Asset Management Department
-Responsible for the internal financial control and routine expenditures.
-Responsible for the financial management of donated funds.
-Responsible for the asset management, including the specific operation of asset value.
