This program aims to provide the disabled, the old and other low-income population with basic medical services.

We aid all the necessary funds and medicine for this program.

We dispense qualified vulnerable people with "SACF Loving Care Medical Card", which entitled them to enjoy the expenses deduction of medical treatment and medicine purchase in appointed hospital.

People applying for "SACF Loving Care Medical Card" shall be examined and approved by Shanghai Angel Charity Foundation according to the following standards:
1、 The disabled with medical insurance but living in penury
2、 The old with medical insurance but living in penury
3、 Laid-off workers and other people in need
4、 Other Low-income families

People with "SACF Loving Care Medical Card" can enjoy charity medical services in appointed hospital including:
1、 Deduction of self-paid part of registration fee and medical treatment fee
2、 Medical examination fee can be deducted by 10%
3、 Medicine fee can be deducted by 10%
4、 Expert outpatient department shall be charged as normal one
