Red Ribbon Charity Fund is one of SACF special fund initiated by the Association of Population and Family Planning of Pudong New Area and organized by Shanghai Angel Charity Foundation. The fund is especially used to carry out the medical treatment and all-round interferences for people living with HIV.

Mission
Red Ribbon Charity Fund launches with the starting of "2006 Pudong Red Ribbon Charity Jogging Activity" held on November 26, 2006. The first sum of money having been raised for this fund has been used to the offer the physical examinations for migrant workers in Pudong and to carry out the experimental anti-AIDS efforts and AIDS interference worked to carry out the experimental anti-AIDS efforts and AIDS interference work.

The Fund will also carry out the anti-AIDS training plan and focus on the research and development of anti-AIDS science and technology step by step according to the social participation and the actual funding level of SACF. We intend to build training system and consulting service net in community and set up Red Ribbon Charity Fund Services offering help to needy people beyond various limitations. The launch of the fund will also make it possible to provide medical aid to people infected in poor areas and help them rebuild their confidence and hope to the future.
